1. Roofing Services

We provide commercial roofing repairs, inspections, and maintenance. Service availability may depend on your location and schedule openings.

2. Estimates & Quotes

Free estimates are available in most service areas. Quotes are valid for 15 days and based on visual inspections. Final pricing may change if additional issues are discovered.

3. Appointments & Cancellations

All appointments must be confirmed by our staff. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule. Emergency or same-day services may involve additional charges.

4. Payments

Full payment is due at job completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted methods: Credit Cards, Debit Cards, or Checks. Unpaid invoices after 15 days may incur a 3.5% monthly late fee.

5. Warranty

Our workmanship is backed by a 90-day limited labor warranty. Material warranties are honored per the manufacturer’s policies. Warranty excludes storm damage, interior water damage, neglect, or unauthorized alterations.

6. Site Access

You agree to provide safe, clear access to the jobsite for our crew and equipment.

7. Liability Limitation

We are not responsible for: Hidden or pre-existing conditions; Damage unrelated to our repair scope; Indirect or incidental damages; consequential or punitive damages.
